Pre-Production
Before you shoot, you will require a filming permit to filming anywhere in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Kenya, South Sudan, Burundi, and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Apart from South Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo, the rest of East African countries of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya and Tanzania, the public and authorities are very film-friendly. Given our long-term cooperation and contacts in all these East African countries, we will advise you on the best route of action and options available. Before your shoot, we will do location scouting on your behalf to make sure that the right location for your shoot is made available, we will visit these locations and send you photos or videos if needed. We will search and avail local talent if needed since we work with respected Casting agencies in all countries, we operate in.

Production
Film Crew Fixers will ensure that all relevant filming permits are processed beforehand with the relevant government and local authorities. All logistics including transport, accommodation will be pre-arranged and paid in advance to make sure that your movement and lodging are sorted. We will assign our top local producers or fixers for your shoot and these are the best in the region. While on location, we will fix everything so that your shoot goes on smoothly. With the right visa/work permit and paperwork for your kit/filming equipment, entry to Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, or the Democratic Republic of Congo will be hassle-free. Post production
After your shoot, we will cross-check everything including equipment, reconciliation, cleaning all your equipment and packing it ready for transportation to the airport, our vehicles will be on standby and our clearing Agent will wait for you at the Airport to make sure that you exist without hassle.
